Truvox "Radio Jack"

Domestic Index

Manufacturer Truvox
Model Radio Jack
Age circa 1960
Service Data No
Condition Good
Comments This is a two station pre-set tuned radio intended to plug into the microphone socket of a tape recorder. The switch changes between the two stations, and a long wire is connected to the screw terminal on top of the unit. The tuning can be adjusted by two "postage stamp" type trimmers accessible through the end of the unit. It is in effect a very simple crystal set which receives local stations, though it is not suitable for todays crowded medium wave band.
